Audrey J. Neely designed her soul food cookbook to help individuals cook meals, that mom cooked for years. People would call me and ask how to cook a certain dish. I thought of the idea, "I can write a cookbook". Collecting cookbooks was my hobby. I began to measure my meals, thinking and searching for information from the library for the cookbook and searching for a printing company.
The name was based on what I was doing; "Cooking Without Mom", a great name I thought. "Chipsis Enterprise" was chosen in honor of my deceased brother, died sudden at 23 years old. His nickname was "Chip" and his friends would see me out and ask, Are you Chip's sister? So, I chose that name for my business title.
This cookbook contains over 400 recipes for appetizers, beverage, meats ,vegetables, desserts, soups and many more that your mom used to cook. You will find the cook book with easy meal preparing, easy reading with bold letters and spiral siding. Plain and fancy dishes for every occasion with great taste included.
